Installation requirements

For the ID.Charger, you need a power connection, a garage wall or similar stable and straight surface such as a pillar, space in the fuse box and permission from the homeowner.

Purchase

With our ID. Charger, you're opting for a modern charging solution.

Install

For a professional service we recommend you using our preferred installation partner. On basis of a (Remote) Home Check our partner will send you an individual offer for planning, installing, and setting up your wallbox.

Software updates

We regularly provide new software updates for our Internet-enabled wallboxes. To make sure that you never miss an update and that our IT systems can upload updates to your wallbox, it needs to be switched on, connected to the Internet, and you need to provide your consent in one of our charging apps.
